Ether One is one of the strongest narrative experiences of the past ten years. It’s up there with the likes of Gone Home as far as its narrative structure and gameplay are concerned, and similar to Gone Home, there is so much more to this game than meets the eye. The truth is White Paper Games has outdone itself here, because Ether One is video game poetry.

Retro Remastered's Laura revisits critically acclaimed Ether One.
This game really annoyed me. I enjoyed the story and some of the puzzles were fun - I even completed it. The graphics were okay and the message made a healthy change.
But I wasn't able to fully complete it, since there was a glitch that meant you couldn't get some projector pieces if you did things in a certain order. It was all over the forums and the developers, White Paper Games, didn't bother to fix it, leaving me pissed to the point I won't buy their future games. /end rant
Really enjoyed this game and having got it free via ps+ I was very pleased. A proper game that put the story first.
