Whether you're a 360 launch day veteran or a newcomer who picked up the console to play one of the many blockbuster titles that have graced the system over the past 6 months, chances are there are more than a few classic games that slipped under the radar whilst you were diligently beavering away at Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4.
But don't panic, as here at Gamer Verdict we're digging up jewels from the rough to ensure that you can make the most of the somewhat sparse summer release schedule by catching up with some of the best titles you've missed so far...

A new Dead Rising is in the works, and we have the first plot details on this entry, which takes Frank West back to the action.
Please make it in a theme park or something extravagant like the original mall and casino(but different). DR is all about bigger than life environments, not some realistic gritty town.

Capcom has just announced its own event where it will showcase some of the upcoming titles it is working on.
"RESIDENT EVIL 7 biohazard for iPhone/iPad/Mac."
Feels like a deliberate omission from the title.

Videos of the canceled Dead Rising: Dia De Los Muertos have come to light, giving us a look into what the game could have been.
Shame loved the Dead Rising series. Even enjoyed 4 but not sure why they removed the campain co op.
Dead rising 1 was one of my favorite games back in the day. I never got into the others like I did DR1. DR2 was ok but 3 and 4 were kinda lame.
Good Riddance. Capcom Vancouver's entries are a big stain on what was a great, charming game series.
The ideas shown here are the pinnacle of their ineptness. Yeah, let's remove items on the ground, a core mechanic to the franchise, and one that people would show they still love in BOTW 2 years later.
...and once you out-smarted the confusing SAVE system it became insanely addicting. IMHO This game also made the best use of the Microsoft's achievement system. Hell, I still go in the tunnels just to run over thousands of zombies to take the days stresses away. Unbelievably cathartic...
Personally, I'd love to see CAPCOM focus on getting a sequel out for this game ASAP; but this writer seems to think that's not in the cards. I hope he's wrong. VERY WRONG.
Well, it's pretty funny but my number 1 fave next-gen game is still Dead Rising. I had no problem with the game at all. The save system was decent enough and the game was beyond fun and enjoyable.
I love BioShock, COD4 and many others but this is the game that I still can play and have fun. Can't wait for Dead Rising 2.
One of my fave games for the 360 - old school Mayhem.
