We are very like minded Lukas. I also was amazed by Betty and the wrinkles around her mouth. Very lifelike. Some of Delsins and Franks facial animations was top notch too, helped by the incredible performances by the actors. Man I love Troy. The graphics arent quite photoreal, but there were times when you forget that for a second and you think there are actually human. Subtlety is what sells it.

I also have a plethora of amazing neon drawing shots. I only wish your neon powers would reflect the colour you drew from. That would be a cool other dimension, searching out yellow or green or blue signs so you could fight with that colour. Purple is probably the last colour I would pick even though it is awful pretty.

Now you have the raids to do...I think they are never ending

Side missions and finding all the shards didnt take me more then 2 / 3 hours.

I call BS on that statement. Sorry. Even the most experienced gamer, hopped up on speed and tweaking balls....cannot finish ALL side missions and find ALL shards in 2nd Son, in 2-3 hours. Hell, the first 2-3 hours you start the game doesnt put you anywhere NEAR completing all of that.

Couldnt agree more. I played same as you. Took me about the same ammount of time, too. I wasnt just gunning for the main story missions, to beat the game as fast as I could. I took the time to explore, have a look around the city. I also went after the shards and upgraded my powers before going to the next story based mission. IDK why anyone would just fly thru the game with only one power. I had the first 3 nearly maxed by the time I beat it and got concrete. Having 3 upgraded powers to rely on was a lot easier than being limited to just one, thru the whole game.

I also took the time to clear the cities of the DUP forces and doing some side missions before moving on to the next story mission. So because I chose to do all the stuff in between...my playthru took a lot longer than some of these speed freaks, out there.

So yeah, I agree...I dont think people are playing the game, right...the way it was intended to be played. Just breezing thru it as fast as you can, is a pretty lame playthru.

It took me a few days of a lot of gaming hours to beat the game on my 1st play through. Mind you I didn't rush and had Delsin nearly sharded (LOL I sharded my pants) out for the ending. My guesstimation is it took me roughly 20hrs of gameplay to complete the game.

Like you said, it's open world and I enjoyed the game. This game is too damn good to speed run through it. I call BS on some of these guys and their claims. It's not like Infamous has a time tracker.

I actually beat the game x2 in 10hrs and got platinum. /s

Yeah I guestimate about 20 hours too. I did it in 4 sittings and had very little sleep that weekend.

And while I didnt what the kids call "speedrun", in no way was I dawdling. I couldnt put the game down and I was always pushing to get the next power so I would guess anyone really taking their time would have taken even longer.

quite honestly, i dont remember a whole lot about 2 amymore, but i absolutely hated the guy in second son haha.

It would make more sense to go off the evil ending of 2 and the good ending g of SS where Cole is The Beast.

Doesnt make any sense calling second son 2 as infamous 3..
