I agree with the writer. They're holding it back to move Xbox ones its obvious.it's kind of pathetic but we know that the 360 version will probably end up looking almost as good as the Xbox 1. That's why they're doing it.

To me it means April release date and nothing more.

I don't get how MS can be accused of holding back a game they do not own, or publish. EA said they themselves held it back because it's just not ready. EA has a lot to lose with the 360 version. Why on Earth would a massive corporation like them hold back THEIR game because it may impact sales of a completely different company's console? It could be that... maybe... just maybe.... the game isn't done yet. Look at the Xbone version. It was definitely incomplete when it came out and not even fully optimized. Maybe they're trying to avoid that on the 360.

This came a couple hours ago...so it's been delayed because it isn't finished...Vince Zampella said it wasn't finished in a review awhile back before the xbox one version came out

This is the second delay....not the first it was never finished this is directly from Vince zampellas mouth...he did an interview and said the game isn't finish and that it is harder to work on the 360 version than the xbox one version....

I don't understand how you people can think it was delayed 6 days before it was supposed to be released because it was not finished. That is ridiculous. If it was a downloadable only game, I might be a little more lenient. The game has to go through certification, discs need to be pressed, packaged and shipped. You people are telling me that Bluepoint realized 6 days before that it's not ready and they need 2 more weeks and they hadn't even gone gold. Bulls***

Really... It doesn't matter what is done on XB. The media always do a negative take...

If they delay the game to make it run better the media come out with their conspiracy theories...

If they ship a game and it is not up to snuff, it was rushed out.

Yet, PS4 delayed DriveClub indefinitely just before it was supposed to ship and Sony is praised for not shipping a title in crappy shape.

Then, Sony delivers crap like Knack and fanboys just shrug it off.

Yet titles on X1 like Ryse received endless critiquing. I have played both Knack and Ryse... Ryse is by far a much better title even though I agree with reviewers that the combat is repetitive... Knack takes repetitive to a whole new level!

I'm not angry at Sony. They have a great next gen console and some pretty decent games. But, articles like this show the hypocrisy in the gaming media.

And for all you people that say a delay 6 days before it was supposed to ship is a conspiracy... I have been in software development for over 25 years (not games, business software). You often go to the wall on a deadline with your gut instinct rather than logical thought. 99.9% of the time you make the right call and everything comes together so you can release your software. But there is the odd time that you have to admit it will take a bit longer and your delay it.... That is part of software development. It is dependent on a lot of amazing developers doing amazing things with these systems. They don't always come through with a fairy tale ending.

Sony game gets delayed = good
M$ game gets delayed = M$ is evil

only reason it was delayed on the 360 was to help sales for the xbox one... if they where released the same day which would of sold more ? no doubt the 360 by a long shot.. microsoft knows this.. it be a great way to increase sales of the new console.. most ppl dont want to wait the few extra weeks to get there hands it...they wanted it now....

Trying jump start the X1 flatline sales that what it really means. A blind person can see this.

I know BluePoint games, and they do fast amazing ports. This delay is strictly to push the Xbox One version as hard as possible. And most likely because MS feels pressured to match Sony's hardware, if not software sales for at least one month.

You don't just delay a game 2 weeks prior to launch. The discs for the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall are already printed, shipped and stacked in warehouses across America.

Most of you people make no sense. EA is the publisher. They aren't going to delay what is likely to be the best selling version of this game, just so MS can sell more xb1s.

The xbox one has occasional performance issues AND required a day 1 patch. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that porting that patch and dealing with performance on the 360 could prove difficult.

Your talking about EA, the company who has made a habit out of releasing broken games. They've finally reversed that trend with TitanFall, and now you're expecting them to return to that trend in the name of satisfying conspiracy theorists...

If the the delay was to push xb1 sales, they never would have had the same release date. They would have staggered them from the beginning.

It means MS want people to buy an Xbone of course :)
