Well folks, It looks like those who missed out on the Wii’s JRPG masterpiece have been given a second chance! A fresh shipment of [factory sealed] Xenoblade Chronicles has appeared on the Canadian website Video Game Plus. Due to scarcity new copies of the game typically have been an upwards of $150 to $200. You can purchase this game BRAND NEW on the website for $69.99 Canadian Dollars.

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

Nintendo completed its share repurchase and set its secondary offering price at 8,347 yen ahead of March 16 delivery.

Xenoblade Chronicles series composer Manami Kiyota has possibly finished the final orchestra recording for the next Monolith Soft title.
Makes sense. It's been nearly 3 years since the DLC for 3 came out. The next Xenoblade or whatever they end up calling it will probably come out next year.
I just got my copy for $57 pre-owned from Gamestop. EVERYTHING looks brand new. The manual, game, and case are in extremely good condition. Lucked out big time! Could not believe it!
Anyone wondering if all the hype is warranted for Xenoblade let me just say. YES! Xenoblade Chronicles has to be one of the best RPG's I have ever played.
Get yourself a copy if you can. You won't regret it.
I bought a copy from that same site weeks ago yet haven't played it yet. Its weird how some random Canadian website got them to reprint the game.
Been a frequent in n4g for years, never registered dont know why, but DryBoneKoopa85 i made a post just to aswer you.
As someone who finished Xenoblade, you sir, made an excelente purchase, because this game is totally worth it, even amongst the rpgs, this one is a masterpiece.
This isn't the kind of game that should be reserved for a single store upon initial release.
As much as I want this, it seems pointless with X on the horizon. I'll just get a Wii U when that comes out.
