It's only Day TWO and the dam thing is down...TitanEpicFail - you gotta be kidding me...

woke up this morning trying to play TitanFall on my PC and super 503 error code..-(code for servers are down) Unbelievable...

Day Two, it's Day 2.. and the game is un-playable... Seriously..? Wow -and it's been down for hours.. / Very Disappointed.

I thought someone was trying to punk me, no-way my luck is this bad
-->It seems these days everything EA touches ends up broke..

I keep starting up the game expecting it to say problem solved, it's fixed -- But it doesn't happen / just scratching my head wondering?
--(how in the hell can all the servers be down)--

Seriously? how?.. All of them

Unspoken4485d ago (Edited 4485d ago )

Calm down. Launches aren't without growing pains and it's only been down for a few hours in the early morning.

I'm already back on the servers and playing. So kudos to them for getting players back in so quickly.

What happened to all those 300,000 servers dedicated for Xbone ?
Serious question here, not being snarky.

DC7774485d ago

At least you played. I've had an audio files installation error since launch. No response yet.

TheRealHeisenberg4485d ago

@cabbitwithscissor

From what I see, this is a PC/EA problem and not a XboxOne/MS problem. I could be completely wrong.

Silly Mammo4485d ago

And this is why I'm not buying Titanfall Day 1 for $60.

JeffGUNZ4485d ago

@ Cabbit

The PC does not use MS Azure servers, they are using Origins servers. The Xbox One ran smooth yesterday. I took the day off from work, downloaded the game quickly, and never had any drops or connection issues. I was extremely impressed with the serves for such an anticipated launch on day 1.

Tempest3174485d ago

@JeffGUNZ PC DOES use MS servers, theyve made it clear every version uses them

BOLO4485d ago

This a PC issue that seems to be a good way to get Titanfallers to buy the Xbone console instead of PC.

Just finished downloading this morning and haven't been able to play it yet. What a shit sandwich.

NaAsAr4485d ago (Edited 4485d ago )

I tried to get some rounds in this morning before work and was greeted by this wonderful 503 error message.

Father__Merrin4485d ago

there wasn't supposed to be issues like this as cloud is future

Bigpappy4485d ago

The front end stuff is all still handled by EA servers. The could is where the game is played. The article plainly states that EA is working to fix the issue.

Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.

MadLad1382d ago

Lol

All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.

Venoxn4g1382d ago (Edited 1382d ago )

XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games

I played them all, they are all good in their own way
I used to be obsessed with FPS games

An ode to Titanfall: The last twitch shooter I'll probably ever enjoy

Windows Central: "Titanfall 1 is being sunset, taken off storefronts by EA. While the servers remain live for now, one has to wonder just how much time it has left. I look back and pay tribute to the last "twitch"-styled shooter I ever truly loved."
