Cyberith Virtualizer Going on Tour this Month

VRFocus - Cyberith’s Virtualizer, a full body motion tracking platform, is preparing to head out on a brief tour this month, the company has announced. The kit, which places users on a platform and then tracks everything from steps to crouching, will be appearing at the MIPIM in France and the International Conference on Presence (ISPR) in Austria this month. The tour will take place while work on a third iteration of the Virtualizer is continued in the run up to a crowdfunding campaign.

Cyberith Virtualizer Delayed

VRFocus- In August 2014 Cyberith ran a hugely successful Kickstarer crowd-funding campaign for the Virtualizer, a locomotion device to be used with virtual reality (VR) experiences. The company ended up raising some $361,452 USD towards the production of the kit, which sees users stand on a platform, strap on a harness and then run around in VR environments as if they were really there. The first shipments of the device were expected to go out to campaign backers in March 2015, however Cyberith has recently announced a delay to its schedule.

I have the note 4 so if this is any good it might be a help to get in shape. I'm into the kinect 360 and that has burned some calories in the past for me.
