Titanfall will push X1 consoles and the killer app can be found on X1.

Sony realistically has nothing to worry abut considering they also have a killer app as well which is Infamous: Second Son.

A three platform game, especially one that will look very similar on all systems and will look second best on the platform that most needs selling, isn't likely to be a system seller. I see people say you can tell it's a system seller by looking at the preorders, but I'm not sure where they're getting that idea unless they think all those preorders are from people who don't own the system yet. Sony will be releasing, showing, and announcing games of their own, and PS4 continues to fly off the shelves. MS is already lowering the XB1's price and giving away this alleged system seller, so I'm thinking the answer to the title's question is no.

No.. Sony shouldn't be worried.. Why would they? Xbox gamers will buy it, ps4 players won't.. I guess it comes down to selling consoles but I find it hard to believe anyone would base a purchase of a console on one title.. If you had no interest in getting a xbox, I can't see how titanfall is changing your mind.. You'd just play it on 360 or pc

If a gamer has a 360 why would that person spend nearly over $500 + 60 to play on X1 when they can spend 60 on 360 for the same experience ?

People seem to buy consoles based on company policies, game resolution, and price now. So, Sony has nothing to worry about.

I dont think so which is why they shouldn't worry. The only ones who should worry are Microsoft because they are putting all their faith behind Titanfall.

Sony should take note. They should take note of how Titanfall became what it is. Titanfall really does Look like a pretty good game minus the bots in it. IMO Titanfall is the center of attention because Micro$$$oft put it there. They put it there with hype by paying media and Youtube gamers to review and say only good things about the game from E3 last June till today. Any game no matter how poor the game is would be where Titanfall is if given the same type hype treatment. TitanFall had a closed alpha beta where it was exposed as a FPS type game for those that are terrible FPS type players. Then the closed/ open beta confirmed it. FPS competitive players want to play great games vs humans with FPS skills not AI BOTS. This game is not the second coming of Halo or Call of Duty it will sell well but will not be a console seller. No matter how good or bad Titanfall is no game can make up for Micro$$$oft being Micro$$$oft and the short comings of the X1. The X1 with a price cut and a free Titanfall game is still not worth the price their asking. Sony should take notes but only of how to hype a game.

TitanFall is a very fun game. Whether or not that fun feeling lasts or the game gets boring after 3 month is something i can't answer yet. But to call it a COD killer is being very presumptuous. And no, Sony shouldn't be worried about titanfall. One game doesn't win a 'console war', and Microsoft has a lot of ground to make in terms of sales. The price drop on the other hand may make a difference, but only time will tell.
I do, however, think Sony needs to release some big guns soon in order to cement their domination. We need the Uncharteds, the LBPs, the Gran Turismos and FFIVs.

Sony shouldnt worry at all. It is not going to live up to the hype whatsoever. Its going to be an awful 6v6 cod with mechs game that every1 will be bored of in a cpl of months

Why would Sony be worried? I mean, the console can't reach the shop that they're already sold out. And the huge games are coming soon, so it's going to be even better (or desperate, for those who are still looking for the PS4 and can't find it anywhere).
M$ should worry, since its console is losing ground constantly now and Titanfall doesn't seem to be that diamond that everyone is claiming (well, everyone = M$, fanboys and so) on Xbone. On PC looks great instead, graphically speaking... it seems funny too, but how much exactly? I'm not into Mech or those things, but it seemed interesting in this case. Probably i'm giong to upgrade my PC and get TF for Windows, just need a good VGA (good one are around 200/250 i see).
