Oculus VR has announced that it will suspend sales of the Oculus Rift due to a shortage of components.
"Certain components used in the Oculus Rift developer kit are no longer being manufactured, meaning they are no longer available to us for production," says community manager Andres Hernandez on the Oculus sub-reddit. "As a result, we don't have the necessary materials to produce additional kits."

Zombie Army VR is creeping onto VR headsets later this month, and here's everything you need to know about Rebellion's latest.

Morels: Homestead, a relaxing game in which you can create your own unique homestead, is available now for PC VR.

Electronic Arts has confirmed that while F1 23 will support PC VR it will not support PSVR 2 on PlayStation 5.
That's fine. GT7 would overshadow it anyway at it has open wheel and regular cars.
Should have been spending their time updating Squadrons with better resolution, frame rate, haptics, etc as there isn't a game like that on PS VR 2 yet.
But it's EA. They don't think.
A wasted opportunity, but I don't buy EA / Codemasters stuff anyway. Grid Legends just came out on Plus and I haven't touched it. Why would I when I have GT7 and PSVR2?
This cannot be good for a product that's this new. How was this even allowed to happen?
Crazy!
Interesting news. If the rumor is true that Sony is working on their own virtual reality headset then they might be revealing it sooner than later.
Hope this is only a temporary thing..
..materials needed?, especially with electronic equipment/gadgets quickly progressing for sure it's available out there somewhere.
Could this be more like fear of not making quick sales/profit out of VR-tech thus financial support is slowly being decreased?
I think Sony should scoop them up, They went to the Shark Tank tv show and were turned down.
