Like Games like Portal? Check out Gameplay of Coma: A Mind Adventure

We just broke the news about Coma: A Mind Adventure earlier today, and now we have a ten minute gameplay video to share with you. If you read the announcement article, you'll see plenty of the elements explained in the introduction in this video. Coma uses a lot of weather and environmental effects for its puzzles. Check out the gameplay below and let us know what you think about this upcoming project.

This looks cool (and confusing) as hell, but I have to ask... in what sense is this anything like Portal? Seems much more reminiscent of Myst.

Eh, just the like, elegance of the game I suppose. The puzzles etc just made the team think of Portal. Like you said, confusing as hell is they key I believe.

I didn't get it either but once I read the name again the video clicked for me. Definitely interesting and looks gorgeous but the world feels empty. I get why they're saying its like Portal but the statement is a bit of a stretch.

This looks very intriguing, but I'm not sure if I get how the environments and weather are any indication of what you are supposed to be doing in the puzzles... The changes seemed mostly random to me.

Coma: A Mind Adventure - A Brand New Mind Bending Puzzler

If you’ve played and liked games like the Portal series or the recently released Quantum Conundrum, you’ll definitely want to check out a new game from the minds of the Warcelona custom map for Left 4 Dead 2 on the PC. Carlos Coronado and Dani Navarro, recent founders of Coma Studios are prepping their first indie title called Coma: A Mind Adventure.
