By Erik Kain: "I have little doubt that upcoming competitive shooter Titanfall will be a great game.
Enough people have tried and loved it in its pre-release stage to give me high hopes for the final product. (I have not.)
Where doubt seeps in for me is the game’s launch. Publisher EA has had far too many launch issues for its recent AAA games to ignore."

In a simple and concise post on Twitter, head of Respawn Entertainment Vince Zampella responded to fan requests for a Titanfall x Helldivers 2 crossover two love heart emojis, praising the idea.

Popularized by Doom in 1993 and still making video game haters gnash their teeth today, first-person shooter games are the best thing to happen to gamers since pizza rolls. So here are 15 underrated first-person shooter games you may have missed.
Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.
Lol
All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.
XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games
I played them all, they are all good in their own way
I used to be obsessed with FPS games

Windows Central: "Titanfall 1 is being sunset, taken off storefronts by EA. While the servers remain live for now, one has to wonder just how much time it has left. I look back and pay tribute to the last "twitch"-styled shooter I ever truly loved."
They are not using EA's servers, they are using microsof's. Yes it does need to have a flawless launch but just because EA is publishing doesn't mean it will effect them in any way
Edit: At least in the same way as games like BF4 and Sim city
Not really. Thats too much pressure. EA doesn't do flawless and we would all be crazy to expect that at this point. Also, don't focus exclusively on the Xbox One and neglect the PC. One game can not make or break a system.
A flawless launch with an online game is basically impossible. There more than likely will be server problems on day one. Just anticaptiate it now. That being said, I hope I'm wrong and it has a smooth launch, so I can play all day.
keep fedding EA guys, keep pumping money into those assholes...
Doesn't every company need every game to have a flawless launch.
