If you want to know more about the upcoming PS4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son the Games Developers Conference that will happen between March 17th and March 21st in San Francisco seems to be the perfect place.
A whopping four panel focused on the upcoming PS4 exclusive have been announced, mostly focusing on its advanced engine.
Of particular interest will be the panel on the particle system, that will focus on the console’s GPU asynchronous compute features, that are still a mystery for many.

quite honestly, i dont remember a whole lot about 2 amymore, but i absolutely hated the guy in second son haha.
It would make more sense to go off the evil ending of 2 and the good ending g of SS where Cole is The Beast.

First we get the Tushima sequel(coz its most rumored)
Then a new Resistance (need new PS SP FPS)
Then a totally new IP (new IPs are always interesting)
And then a new inFamous?
I had a great time with the second son. Never got to play the originals and hope they get remastered one day.
If I had a choice between another Infamous game and another Spider-Man game, I choose Spider-Man. Sony should spend its resources on its winners.
Infamous was such a winner its studio was given the freedom (after 3 titles + their expansions) to do a new IP with GoT, just like with Sly Cooper before infamous.
I'd welcome a 4th title even more than another Spider-Man, it'd be exciting what they could do with new powers fit for the hardware outside the limits of a licensed superhero game.
Spider-Man is guaranteed and is made by Insomniac so why not both as Sucker Punch would make Infamous.
I just pre-ordered my collector's edition for this game. Really excited. I wanna see those particle effects, destructible environments and sandbox freedom.
Anyway, can you see civilians in the streets like in GTA? Cause I just wanna blast them off and make fun.
Nice Cerny did talk a lot about compute so I can't wait to see a demonstration of it. Also does anyone know if Microsoft will demonstrate Xbox Lie Compute at GDC?

im not going to check any more news after march on infamous. I dont want any spoliers on this great game. I want to feel the action for my self without knowing any stuff at all :)
