You called it underated and then gave it a 6? >_>

JohnathanACE4315d ago

Only a 6? This is one of my favorite games on N64 and on of my favorite 2D sidescrollers in general. This game is criminally underrated.

This was actually one of the few games I ever played on the 64. And I thought it was dang good too. IMO 6 doesn't do it justice. But to each their own.

Hey, the author here, In my opinion underrated doesn't always mean fantastic. Its a great game, don't get me wrong. But a lot of the facets of the game just don't hold up to the test of time. So while I do think it is underrated (and dang good), I feel like a 6 is still a great score. I try not to use the scale that a lot of other reviewers seem to use (7 is horrible, 8 is average, 9 is great, and 10 is perfect) I like to use the whole scale and 6 is above average. Just my opinion though.

I'm going to have to blacklist this site, due to vastly differing opinions on amazing classic N64 games.
