"Executive Producer Scot Amos gives GamingBolt the low down on next gen development of Tomb Raider."

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition on Switch 2 is a good portable option, but it suffers from some downgraded visuals.

There’s been a lot going on within the world of Tomb Raider recently, including the arrival of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. Ports for both systems were announced and released last month.

In a recent interview with Nintendo Everything, Aspyr explained how it approached the recently-released Nintendo Switch 2 version of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.
There is only one 'definitive edition' and that is on the ps4. The xbox one version being unable to port a game made on way weaker hardware at 60fps is disgraceful.
ps4 is the go to version
I'll wait till it's free on PS+.
I have a PS4 and Tomb Raider Definitive Edition and it's nothing special on the PS4. Most of the time it's around 60fps, but it does have a tendency to drop a lot of frames causing lots of micro stutter and judder. Also, there are some parts of the game that drop to 30fps and hover there for a while making for an inconsistent experience.
Sorry, but the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is a pretty weak release on BOTH systems, but I would've liked to see 30fps solid with no drops.
Laura and Drake should date!! Lol
And produce a definitive baby.. Lolol
