Sure M$ will get a few extra sales but without a major pricedrop and AAA game releases not much will change. As soon as Supply of PS4's >> demand you will see and experience something you have never witnessed in your life. There are 160 million potential PS3/X360 owners 50.x/49.x split maybe wanting to upgrade, from what I see there are a huge portion of that split earmarking a change of heart and jumping ship, so looking at the numbers so far so lets say 60/40 or even 70/30 shift. So just do the calcs of what the numbers predict. Sorry son I wish I could have been the bearer of better news regards to the XBone but the cards are on the table and the winner so far are very clear. Maybe the XBone2 will change the equation!

Please. X1 already launched in its major territories. Most of those 40 other countries that Ps4 launched in probably shift 100 units a month.

And lol you like to talk about hardware issues? The X1 has had even more issues then the PS4. A great deal if the PS4's problems stem from software related things like the bluray playback. Those same issues on MS's end are all hardware. Nice try though.

But you also forget that the X1 beat the PS4 in December because Sony released in more countries but that doesnt stop X1 fans claiming a victory.

If Sony released in just the same countries as MS then they would have sold those consoles in the US anyway. Point is the demand is there for the PS4 no matter how many countries it's released in.

Truefan, you lament the fact you're going to get disagrees, and then go on to demonstrate why you deserve them. I bet ps4 sells at least 5 times more in Japan when it launches than all the other countries combined than Xbone is currently ignoring. Let that concept sink in for a moment. I'm no mathemAtician but surely that means the gap will widen.

No Homerdog, I think we all pretty much accepted that Ps4 lost the US by a few thousand and all but doubled Xbone everywhere else.
