This game is like decade old guys we talking PS2 days gees the game was awsome come way before crysis as it was crytek first game. You know what it was bigger open world than crysis as much as i like crysis.
This game just like other classics deservs praise not knocked for how it looks today.

One or 2 screenshots & your sold on it's shitness...Think I'll take you as seriously as you deserve, & I'll wait for the game to release before making a judgement, as Far Cry 3 is one of the best looking console games around..
I mean, this game is barely into development, so it's all early build gameplay footage at this point.

Best fps of its time. Although I had a lot of fun with Half-Life 2, FarCry was something else. The ability to attack an objective by any means and from anywhere you liked, was something new to me. Very open ended type of gameplay.

I'd like to play this now, after finding out that I've only played the gimped version on the first Xbox.

I might have to get that. Never finished it on 360 cause I hated the controller. I also hated the round reticles. But the custom maps was cool, hope they bring that back to PSN.

Doesn't look very "next-gen" but I am sure it will change quite bit by release.

it looks like a reboot. they really have to stop taking the same graphics from past games to make new one. if they are going to make a remake of a game then remake the whole game. rebooting game in 1080p just seems lazy to me and a way to get fast cash.

I'll definitely have to check it out just for fun. I wasn't very impressed with Farcry 2, but 3 is one of my all time favorites and Blood Dragon was great too. Can't wait for a new, massive, next-gen Farcry 4.

For me it did.
