I am not interested in motorcycle games but will give the others a play. Been awhile since playing Star Wars Battlefront, waiting to see Jade Empire offered up as an OG title.

It's not about exactly Lovecraft, but about deep lore. That's what makes Bloodborne and all the Souls games so far so interesting. They've built world's with history, and mystery. World's that keep people talking, digging deeper into the lore, not many games pull this off.

I'd kind of like a good one to come along. We don't need any more below average ones though.

Perhaps you can solve this issue you're having by just playing less Lovecraftian games. That way there aren't any less for those who want them, but you don't have to experience them.

Yeah, your actual thesis is that you wish to see more horror games that explore other themes and concepts, but perhaps your headline could more accurately reflect that.

Another stealthy detective sim is probably unnecessary at this point but something like Dead Space with fish monsters or Bloodborne 2 is always welcome.
