8CN: A new job listing over at Monolith Software's site may hint at multiplayer for their upcoming title X.

Xenoblade Chronicles series composer Manami Kiyota has possibly finished the final orchestra recording for the next Monolith Soft title.
Makes sense. It's been nearly 3 years since the DLC for 3 came out. The next Xenoblade or whatever they end up calling it will probably come out next year.

Nintendo wants Xenoblade Chronicles developer Monolith Soft to have a central role in the development of the next Legend of Zelda game.
They had a central role in developing Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Maybe I will enjoy Zelda games once more if they take over and remake the series into an RPG

Xenoblade developer Monolith Soft reflects on the past and future, talking about quality and striving for more.
Love their games. I wish they had more power to work with as they create awesome worlds but are limited by handheld specs. Hopefully Switch 2 upscaling can work some miracles with the lower end specs and gives the immersion that this world should have.
I'm looking forward to seeing more on what they'll do for Switch 2. Longs they maintain their standard and they have done it for
years.
Hope for Xenosaga 1-3 remaster one day whether they do it or not. They did it with Baiten Kaios.
i would love to play the xenoblade games, as im a big fan of the xeno series in general, but damn.
the anime style character looks and the mmo approach/inspiration the combat is not my cup of tea at all.
It'll be probably be similar to GTAV's GTA Online, an mmorpg that'll last decade, with bigger world, with high-tech mech we could fly circling the world, travel so far even to the outer space! :D
Just so long as its single player as well. you don't need teams or bots.
i have been waiting for a spec of info since since e3 but sadly i already checked the job listings for this game like 5 or 6 months ago so this is no news to me. So hyped though.
The last year's E3 trailer already hinted the multiplayer (as seen/discussed in GamerXplain). As to how it works that's anybody's guess. No choice but to wait and see but damn it's really hard to do without any info for so long.
