Speak on what you know. The 360 cam is able to interact with onscreen objects. Its ok that you have no clue about the 360 and its capabilities...But you show how little you know. And the 360 is the first console to get a next gen console with 1080p native support to the public. You can talk about what you got coming...meanwhile we have it in our hands.

You can talk about games coming out for the ps3 that are suppose to be in 1080p. But I'm talking about a console that is already out that is fully capable of 1080p MOVIES and Games. When I bought the 360 last year. I thought I was getting a console that does 720p and plays DVD's. Little did I know that it would do 1080p and have an hd dvd option for 300 less than the HD dvd stand alone. Little did I know that games like Gears of War would look better than a console "PS3" that costs 200 dollars more and had an extra year to tweak it. Amazing to say the least. Thanks Microsoft.

P.S. Once again. The vision cam does have motion sensing and already has a game "although it is weak" that lets you manipulate items on the screen as this video for this article shows. Nothing new for us 360 gamers.

Sony needs to work on their controllers before they mess around with the camera, what are those things on the DualShock?, are they triggers or buttons(click action insted of being anolog sensitive/pressurized). How can you have next-gen gameplay with Duel shocks.

^Lmao you know nothing PS2 sold 100 million units, xbox sold around 20million. Xbox was selling 260,000 thousand units a year after launch and 360 is slling 250,000 as of October. Dreamcast was unchallenged in the market and we all know what happened to that. 360 has one game GOW that noone is going to know about because it can't be put on kiosks. The ratings to high. The PS3 was the first "next-gen" console to showcase EyeToy like features at a consumer event.

The PS3 will in all likelyhood be the first "next-gen" console with a "native" fullprice game featuring gesture controls.

The PS3 will on the day of its launch be the console with by far the most gesture control games available (through backwards compatibility).

The X360 so far has only one game announced or released with gesture controls and that is an XBL Arcade game.

This gen hasn't been the best for games, last gen consoles are still out there and now there's been talk of the PS6 and Xbox Two for a year or so. Many games this gen will be ported to next gen and the cycle will continue. The re-release of the Neo Geo AES+, games on cartridge for £70 ($95), gaming is going back in time. Gaming has gone pricing mad with the high cost of games, consoles and controllers. The men and women at the top are clueless.

It’s always interesting to hear behind-the-scenes stories like this, especially involving veterans like Shuhei Yoshida and leadership figures like Jim Ryan. That said, there are usually multiple sides to decisions at that level. It could be less about not “listening” and more about differences in long-term vision for PlayStation. Yoshida played a huge role in shaping the brand, so whatever the reason, his impact is undeniable.

I miss the first three generations of PlayStation. The way they turned PS3 around, we knew they meant business. We were all worried for a bit there around launch. Eventually from 2008 they started shifting slowly. But since Yoshida was fired, it's never been the same. Still enjoy my PS5 daily. I got a backlog dating back to PS2 lol So I'm fine but new games aren't as appealing anymore.

It seems like we were thrown on to the worst timeline possible where everything is too expensive and the wrong people were put in positions that makes the world a shitty place. We could have had Shu as the head of PS but we got the shitty alternative. Same goes for everyone in power around the world. Doesn’t matter the company or country the majority of us got the shitty picks and the world is declining like never before. I do think PS can come out of this because of their studios, talent and IP but they need someone more in touch with gamers leading things like Shu was. They’re still the best place for console gaming imo but it could be much better than it is especially without the massive live service failures. The rest of the world I have a lot less hope for right now. Hopefully the pendulum swings back towards the good ole days but I’m preparing for the worst.
