According to the Nintendo Switch e shop the original Ittle Dew will adventure onto the Nintendo Switch on August 15, 2019. For the longest time Switch players have only had access to the second Ittle Dew, but now fans of the original and others will be able to enjoy its predecessor on the go.
Pocket Gamer: Nintendo isn't putting its games onto other systems. You can put your tissues away, though because, there are alternatives.
