I'd like to know who the stealth disagreer is...

Is that you Peter Moore? Just because you click disagree doesn't mean anyone will say EA is good.

Audiggity4538d ago

I love the stealth disagreers on here... effing hilarious. They will disagree with anything and everything.

It really makes you wonder, what do they think they are accomplishing?

jon12344538d ago

what funnier is how you guys let it get to you... its meaningless, just ignore it...

DarkBlood4538d ago

@Audiggity, idk does pressing agree accomplish anything either? lol its just a number dude

Valve sides with gamers like Sony, and Nintendo while M$ sides youtube against gamers and cosumer that is an example. Youtube seriously without gamers channels you would millions of dollars that u do today. Other channels maybe supports it

ATiElite4538d ago

you are correct!

over 50% of the youtube videos I watch are game related.

Cheats, PC set-ups, benchamrks, gameplay videos, funny stuff during MP modes, trailers all video gameplay related.

Screw youtube as Gamers we should just take our webhits else where.

SuperBlur4538d ago

I'm going to start boycotting the studios who are making use of the new youtube crap policy. Simple as that.

Meep4538d ago

lol wut?
I don't know about Sony and Microsoft but you got the Nintendo thing completely wrong. Where did you get the information on Sony and Microsoft? It has been known for a while that Nintendo is aggressively against youtube videos monetization.

Please just stop assuming, and spreading false information.

XiSasukeUchiha4538d ago

Is just an example I'm not spreading false info bro i always known about Nintendo copyrighting games into youtube. Chill out is just to show which sides on Youtube while everybody is with the gamers

MEsoJD4538d ago

I thought Nintendo didn't allow monetization

RiPPn4538d ago

Wasn't it Nintendo that started this whole snowball rolling?

"Be creative 99% of the time" – Glen Schofield on how creativity can help fix AAA industry woes

I don't agree with that. I WISH I could agree with that. But buying habits and customer opinions prove otherwise

We've seen developers in the AAA space try new things and ideas. More often than not, the customers aren't willing to give things a chance, or not enough people buy into the project for it to grow.

Creativity works better in the indie space because the budgets, pressures, and expectations aren't the same.

Scissorman29d ago

it's a nice idea and it worked during the PS2/PS3-era when AAA didn't cost hundreds of millions of dollars. smaller budgets and shorter development time left room for more creativity and more risk. a game didn't need to sell 4 million+ copies to break even. things are different now.

This is the guy who bragged about crunching his staff and having them work through the night. Crunch culture has lost more talent and done more damage to the industry than any other factor. Screw him.
