My prodiction was only slightly off when they showed it 2 days before PS4's announcement, that santa would bring it xmas day 2014

I knew we were getting extra content for PS4, but didn't know we were getting it before xbone as well. Either system you have though, i think this is a must have. I'm just very dissapointed that it is coming so late, i was hoping this christmas! /:

This gives me time to focus on other titles (TITANFALL) cough cough for a lil while anyway. There are some other(Watch Dogs) pretty decent titles on the way not to mention some neat DLC for TLoU and ACIV too. That's only the tip of the ice berg!

Also, the game may have been ready earlier, but with consumer backlash on games not being "complete" already this gen = good move Bungie.

I like many here am a bit caught off guard by the release being September. I was always under the impression it would be a late Spring release. Oh well just gives me something to look forward to around my Birthday. :)

Its likely because of Titanfall releasing in March. They didn't want gamers having to pick between the two games to get. I prefer a later date.

So i'll be buying my PS4 till September 9, 2014. Damn it. Might as well wait till Black Friday 2014.

Im sure it will go on special for 35.99 like most launch titles did this year.

I agree it is smart but a bit disappointed that they lead us on to think it was a march release for it to be delayed by so much. I would much rather it be like the Division says and have it listed later so they could possibly push it forward a few weeks.

Just in time for the fall semester. Additionally, Destiny may cannibalize the new Call of Duty's sales if its quality significantly overshadows it, in my opinion.

So far off, kinda sad there isn't a pc version of the game and there is of old gen. Sad face.

I always I thought that the game was coming out in early spring.

The long wait makes me sad, but if it makes Destiny a better game then I'm all for it.

They never gave a release date so this isn't really a delay. I'd much rather they use all the time they need rather than releasing it in an unfinished state.

Destiny looks amazing! If the game turns out anywhere near as good as it looks like it will, they can take another year for all i care. Too many developers and publishers rush their games to the market, so it's great to see someone who's still willing to put polish and time into quality assurance.

Can't wait for this one! I love how it'll have public events you can choose to join in on, or simply walk on by.

Well at least we all have Titanfall to play until then! Also im sure watch dogs will be out before that for us to play

It may go up against Halo but where is its sinle player mode. To be honest having no single player puts me right off. Sorry Bungie.

I don't think games should get advertised until a few months before release. We've got enough games coming out every week as it is

I'm sure Bungie will have a few planet sized tons of detail & character within this game at launch. This will be a great online experience.
