I actually got the Mooga pocket for free at Pax east this past year.
#1, 3 and 4 are all very cool. Would be very useful for monster hunter on my phone ;)
The Sixaxis Controller app is the best and most compatible with games in my opinion. Simply because, you can create Touch Profiles for games that don't support controller input. I also have the Drone Controller on the list, and I really can't get it working with many games. It is pretty though.
I was able to get GTA3 on my phone to play exactly like the PS2 with the Sixaxis app. Plus the fact that I was holding a Dual Shock made the experience even more authentic.
