Hmm I love the Fallout series! Nice one!

If they did Toronto, including surrounding areas, including Niagara falls and the whirlpool area, it would make for some awesome next gen vistas... Also the mutants could be crack mayors to boot!

Although I agree with you, I sincerely doubt Fallout 4 will take place outside of USA unfortunately I think I will never play Fallout: Down Under

To me Boston and New Orleans are probably the best choices for the next Fallout.

Los Angeles technically was visited, Boneyard from Fallout 1 is what remained of Los Angeles...if I'm remembering that correctly.

With Fallout 3 being such a departure from what the Fallout series began as (and a brilliant one at that), I'd like to see them pushing things again and doing something a little different than expected - not simply a rehash of the Fallout 3 story in a different location.

F1&2 were already in California, with LA being in F1 (think it was called the Boneyard ingame, its been awhile).

I'd like Boston, just about every "leak" says it's set there, and while most if not all the leaks were bogus, it has grown on me.

Edit: Also, keep in the USA, the aesthetic of the series is based on what 50's America envisioned the future, it wouldn't feel the same in a different country.

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

mastershredder195d ago

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
