Unigamesity: Neverwinter, a MMORPG based on the popular role-playing game, Dungeons and Dragons, has been out for almost 6 months now, and it's developed a loyal fan base among the MMORPG community. Along with the Dungeons and Dragons enthusiasts out there, Cryptic Studios and Perfect World Entertainment has propelled the success of this MMORPG immensely through the integration of their unique combat system, relatively in-depth character customization, and leveling scheme. However, there have been a lot of questions on why this game has been met with so much criticism.

Cryptic Studios announced with a press release that more of its veteran developers have returned to the studio following tenures elsewhere.

Cryptic Studios appears to be the latest Embracer-owned company to be impacted by layoffs.

Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Perfect World North America Corporation and Perfect World Publishing B.V. (collectively “Perfect World Entertainment” or “PWE”)[1], from Perfect World Europe B.V. (“Perfect World”). PWE is a video game developer and publisher for PC and consoles, including PWE Publishing and Cryptic Studios.
These guys are on an embracing spree.
