Let this be real and coming soon...soon as in now!

thorstein4575d ago

Area Code 314 refers to St. Louis, MO. Could it be a possibility?

ajax174575d ago

It's happening!!! 2014 is going to be the best year in a long time!

FlameHawk4575d ago (Edited 4575d ago )

Can't wait to see the next Fallout with an updated Skyrim engine.

Utalkin2me4575d ago

Did you even play Skyrim on the PS3?

FlameHawk4575d ago (Edited 4575d ago )

No I didn't, it was actually the first game I pirated on PC because how shitty the PS3 version was. Why would I support developers who can't take their time to make the game they are selling for $60 playable. If Bethesda doesn't get their shit straight with the the Next Fallout on PS4, I'm not going to support them. This is coming from a person who always buys new games not matter what. Never buy used games.

EDIT: I guess people took my comment the wrong way, I didn't mean they would use the same exact engine more like how improved it is compared to Fallout 3 and imagining the next Fallout on a improved engine, I hope.

Utalkin2me4575d ago (Edited 4575d ago )

Thats exactly right. The exact reason i will never purchase a Bethesda game ever again. I will stand by my choice and speak with my wallet. I could care less what they do in the future, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

MestreRothN4G4575d ago (Edited 4575d ago )

That's exactly why they want us to preorder so much.

slayorofgods4575d ago

Fallout4 will be out on the PS4 though.. The PS4 can handle the skyrim engine a lot better then the PS3. I'm glad sony is going for a more PC build as opposed to "the cell" build. It will eliminate a lot of problems from multiplatform developers such as bethesda.

On topic. I hope Fallout 4 uses a better engine then the Skyrim one. It's a new generation afterall.

They're likely to use iD-tech 5 or 6 engine for the next Fallout.

MizTv4575d ago (Edited 4575d ago )

I hope so
As much as I loved f3 the game was a buggy mess

Crazay4575d ago (Edited 4575d ago )

My nipples get rock hard thinking about what a new Fallout game could/should be...My nipples...not the girl in my avatar.

***Edit**

No need to disagree with me...my nipples get rock hard. The girl in my avatar stays they way she is....Truth

TRGMatt4575d ago

Disagree with the 2 disagrees lol

Hundreds of hours of my life hang in the balance...my nipples are also getting hard. And unlike your avatar, Dark Knight Cecil's nipples DO get hard alongside mine. You just can't see it under the armor.

Grave4575d ago

What are the odds they do a Fallout MMO?

Crazay4575d ago

roughly 50/50. it's been talked about quite a bit. I hope it's not MMO to be perfectly honest with you. I'd be ok with up to 3 or 4 player cooperative but would actually prefer it to remain a single player adventure. there's just not enough high quality single player campaigns these days.

TRGMatt4575d ago

With ESO coming, slim to none right now. Would've preferred Fallout MMO to ES but, truth be told, I'd prefer a new main Fallout entry over any of the above.

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

-Foxtrot207d ago

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

mastershredder207d ago

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

lukasmain207d ago

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
