Beyblade Evolution Review - Glitch Cat

Glitch Cat - While Beyblade Evolution tries hard to be an entertaining game based on a franchise that’s about spinning tops, the translation to video game form is not a compelling one. Throwing tops around is all fine and dandy, but if it isn’t backed up by a good storyline and addictive gameplay, it just doesn’t work. Fans of the series might flock to this title and even enjoy it, but the common player might want to steer away and look for something else.

I have a physical copy of TLoU, but I would love to have a digital copy. $23 sounds like a sale to me.

I will offload my physical copy (though I do love the box) and go digital.

I decided for this generation, all the games that I can just play over and over and never get tired of them will be digital.

I don't have to swap disc, and I don't plan on trading these games in.

Doth mine eyes deceive? NES Open Tournament Golf? Can it be true? Clearly, Nintendo has looked at their failing sales numbers and decided to fight back by aggressively selling their greatest classic games through the virtual console service.

Blue skies are here again.

Beyblade: Evolution Review | Toronto Thumbs

From the Review (by Jorge Figueiredo):

"Last year at Fan Expo Canada, I did a walk through of the Hasbro display and saw the Beyblade section. Up until that point, I knew what it was only because of seeing snippets of the anime and commercials on television, and also because some of the neighbourhood children seem to like it. I knew it was about battling tops and that there were a number of accessories for it. When I received Rising Star Games’ Beyblade: Evolution, I rolled my eyes, wondering what I had just gotten myself into. However, rather than being disappointed with shovelware, I found the game fun enough – and a sure draw for any fan of the series with a 3DS."
