I've found vgchartz to be only +/-10% off when compared to NPD and Media Create, so it's good enough for me.

How Nintendo keeps selling so many. Can someone please explain this to me. I do NOT see the novelty or interest in a DS or Wii. I just don't. Maybe for little kids to play brain games on the DS but get them a book instead and it's even better for them. Nintendo just making crazy money off a console without anything good to play (at least in my opinion).

erm...wii sports and wii don't match up...have they restarted selling wii's without wii sports in japan?

first off odd name. Anyway what makes both systems sell so much for one is nintendo's first party games. True all three console companies make good first party games but generally in the industry nintendo is considered to have quality gaming and they do deliver almost always. Obviously i don not expect a playstaion or xbox fanboy to agree with that but it is true. That's why nintendo titles outsell third parties because if you buy a nintendo game you know its goign to be good quality a third party game not so many good ones. The ds has a host of great games. More than the psp , the psps caters in my honest opinion caters to the gamers who see bllod and graphics as extremely important in deciding whether a gamae is good or not. Certainly there are gamers who are otherwise who own the psp.the ds caters to both casual and hardcore (especially if you are into rpgs and action adventure games )except the graphics whores out there. The ds has many unique and interesting titles try them out just cos something isn't technically supreme does not make it bad and neither do bright cheerful colors ina videogame. I hope this is an appropriate reply to your comment.

The exc games you can get for the Ds mostly give you great individual exp that can't be got from anywhere else due to the touch screen and voice control.

i love my Ds great gaming console if graphics aern't your be all and end all.

P.s got MKwii yesterday and it is amazing, the wheel, the tight controls,the tracks,the karts,off roaders and bikes, the quick and easy not to mention lag free online and online comps to finish it off. Im blown away by a mario kart game again. did not think it would happen as i thought the ds version could'nt be bested. Why didn't i get it sooner thats all i can say. highly reccomended even if you have never played mario kart. AWESOME
