BT:It’s quite see-through that Arkham Origins was intended to only serve as a stopgap game, put together by a WB Montreal rather than series mainstay Rocksteady in a short amount of time. This game does not live up to the level of quality that should be expected from the series, the glimmers of success it does show largely stem from repeating what has already been achieved. It is an unnecessary break between a quality experience and, hopefully, a better release in the future.

Discover the best Batman Arkham games ranked from Asylum to Knight, including Origins, VR and more, with a focus on combat, story, and world design.

Licensing issues often leave many games forgotten. But all that aside, here are 10 classic games desperate for remasters.
The getaway
Smugglers run
Dead to rights
Worlds scariest police chases
Sure I’m missing a few.
Ape Escape.
Fun game but, wow, you need a college degree to understand the controls.
A remaster would also save you from having to constantly fight the camera.
Keep the music though. Those drum and bass tracks fit really well and haven't aged. Made me think that more games could work well with drum and bass tracks, but unfortunately it's a somewhat niche genre now.
Xenogears, Xenosaga trilogy, Vagrant Story, Drakengards, Parasite Eve and many more but I’ll start with those

Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League is almost here, but I can't revisit the best Arkhamverse game on PS5 without sacrificing quality.
Not a fan of Orgins. Blame it on the absence of Conroy & Hamill. Blame it on the lack of atmosphere compared to Asylm. Hell blame it the devs thst dicked over Wii U owners like me that purchased the game only for support be dropped as a thank you to me. It's better than Knight but that's not saying much. I don't care for that entry either.
Even though its not the best arkham game in the series, its still an enjoyable game in its own right. What it do really well at though, was the crime investigations scenes. Which imo, were the best of the franchise.
I don’t know about best game but it definitely has the best story and boss fights.
Never played it and recently I've finally tried it via cloud on psn. It's not the best for sure, but it ain't bad either.
TROLL Review
"There's a storm coming, Mr. Wayne."
This game is getting 3/10 and is getting 9/10, I know different opinions and all... but still that's a huge difference!
I loved the first 2 and once I put them in the disc drive I didn't stop playing them until I'd finished the story. With Origins I can't be bothered playing it more than an hour at a time, Don't know why, it just feels like I'm playing Arkham City again but without the novelty.
Based on the reasons the review listed and how integral these reasons are to the game's core gameplay, I'd say a 3/10 is pretty harsh. It's hard to agree with a review that puts so much negative emphasis on having to repeatedly press a button to tear down an air grate.
