
Announced on their community page, Valve shared a link to a Youtube video titled, “Steam Controller Demonstration.” In the video’s description, they specify it as “a quick look at some games being played with the prototype version of the Steam Controller.” The games played are Portal 2, Civilization 5, Counter-Strike, and Papers, Please respectively. The video runs at four minutes and twenty six seconds with a voice-over from Valve engineer Jeff Bellinghausen, which leads the viewer through what’s seen on the screen.

i mean thats a problem of their own design to begin with, but because it makes them so much money they won't change it. It's something that they at least ban a bunch but it's the absolute minimum that they're doing.
Must be a lot of inactive accounts, there's no discernible difference in the active player count on the Steam charts.

Valve has responded to New York Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit against the firm, stating it does not believe that lootboxes in its Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2 games unlawfully encourage minors to gamble, adding it was "disappointed" to see the action go ahead despite efforts to "educate" the NYAG about virtual items since "early 2023."
