Ubisoft Senior Producer Dominic Guay walks us through virtual Chicago in this exclusive gameplay playthrough with commentary.

Insider Gaming - "Ubisoft has cancelled yet another game, this time ending development on the Animal Crossing-inspired title Alterra."

HALIFAX (April 14, 2026) – Laid-off Ubisoft workers in Halifax have voted overwhelmingly in favour of a settlement with the video-game giant. The terms of the settlement, including the compensation employees will receive, is confidential.
I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.
Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.
But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.

Two-day event includes exclusive reveals, trailers and playable games on show floor.
Finally, some footage that isn't the same we've been seeing for the past six months. I am guessing this is the Xbox One version, but it actually could be the Xbox 360 version judging by the small amount of characters in that square, where I only saw one... Also, the aliasing and the blurred background about 20 feet in front of the character. Which didnt seem to be the case in the Nextgen versions. I also noticed a lot of texture detail pop in the background, that I didn't notice in the Nextgen versions. You can tell in the characters faces they're not as detailed also. So I'm guessing this is current GEN.
If it is the Xbox 360 version, it looks really good for a last GEN game. If it's the Xbox one version, I question the aliasing and the blurred background so close to the character. Anyways, the gameplay still looks fantastic and I cannot wait to play it.
We are only about a month away, ladies and gentlemen.
GTA 4 on PC looks better.
