Recent PlayStation 4 developments from the 2013 Tokyo Game Show seem to be reinforcing Sony’s belief that regardless of the competition, they still have the strongest controller on, or coming to the market.

All available May 5.
I think the only game here for me is Nine Sols. Was always interested in that game.
Good month for me, I wanted that particular footy game and thought it might be due. Anyway who cares, shame about the site I'll miss the comment sections. All the best everyone.
Naughty Dog was reportedly divided on the controversial fate of Joel in The Last of Us Part 2 during the game's development.
I think it was good decision, if he was still alive, he would have been a mascot just like Kratos, drake and many others. These old dudes gotta die for new characters to take center stage with their own storyline. They keep dragging the emotional baggage into many sequels and eventually the story just turns into absolute shit show.
Honestly as much as I loved the game, they could have just not killed him off.
I get it creator vision and all but killing a character that made you millions is just wrong imo. At least have him go down fighting.

Square Enix launches Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary site, revealing new Nomura art, books, music releases, and merchandise.
Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.
"The Xbox style of controller – with offset analog sticks – is the more favorable style among gamers and eSports enthusiasts, Sony believes the contrary..."
It doesn't matter what Sony believes. Controllers with the left stick in the forward position are superior and are favored by pro gamers for a reason.
The original playstation controller had no analog sticks. When Nintendo revealed the N64 controller and rumble pack, Sony quickly followed suit and added two analog sticks to their existing controller, placing them wherever they would fit on the current design. No thought was given to ergonomics or precision. Everything Sony is saying here is pure spin. It even boarders on damage control. Even the use of the word "symmetrical" is nothing more than a ploy. Its a buzz word for stupid people.
EDIT: There are several "360 style" 3rd party controllers for PS3 and no "dual shock style" controllers for 360.
Also: Saturn 3D, Dreamcast, GCN, WaveBird, Xbox Duke, Xbox Controller S, Xbox 360, Wii U pro controller, Ouya, and literally dozens 3rd party and PC controllers all have their left sticks in the proper, ergonomic forward position. And with good reason.
Last time I checked both my hands were simular in size and structure take you mangled hands else where, was you in the film ' the hills have eyes' by any chance ;)
The fact is, Sony made the controller bigger as to the preference of professional gamers. I believe it doesn't matter where you set the sticks at, as long as they are comfortable for long-term use. Obviously if they sent the sticks out to major first-person shooter developers and they gave their seal of approval, then they must be comfortable over long periods of play.
Gamers are ultimately going to be the people who will give the final seal of approval. And it really doesn't matter which way they go, as far as the ergonomics of the sticks are concerned, because there will always be a third-party manufacturer making a stick that feels like the Xbox controller anyways.
A professional gamer will adapt to whatever is in front of them and make the best out of it. And I imagine Sony had quite a few of them test the sticks before they made their final decision. Again, doesn't really matter either way, because there will be 1 million different third-party sticks out there that will suit any gamer's needs.
What I dont understand is that if your right thumb is down, whats wrong with having your left thumb down too?
As far as I was aware we have mirrored hands.
i'm not a mutant, and my fingers have always been comfortable in the symmetrical setting. so i'm glad they didnt change the layout.
