Planned as an exclusive Wii U, Rayman Legends now reaches all platforms. Something that can be a disadvantage for Nintendo but it's fantastic for the the players in general given the quality of the game from Ubisoft. Rayman is one of the most popular characters in the world of video games and real Ubisoft mascot since the release of the first game. After some time away and have spent almost into the background because of some crazy rabbits, Rayman returned in large Rayman Origins coming to the 2D format which marked the beginning of its history and Legends follows the same formula.

A little-known game Puppeteer is on this list for the best PS3 platformers.
Puppeteer is really good. Nobody played it because it came out right before PS4 came out. When I went to pick up Puppeteer from GameStop some people were trading in their old consoles for PS4 preorder.

Ubisoft barely have a leg to stand on lately, so do they need to crack open the vaults and return platforming royalty to glory for some goodwill?
We need Rayman 4, they could make a great platformer game if they wanted. With the open hub levels and the like.
Better than relying on Rabbids and Assassins Creed all the time
Yes..but I am sure it won't be the Rayman game fans want. Not from the company that is Ubisoft today.
Ancel is retired from games. His hoodlum/rabbid team are doing their own thing. It would not be the same if Ubisoft did.
Experience points, skill trees to fill up, level gating, endless menial tasks and side quests, constantly scrounging for resources. Always having to upgrade your gear. A.KA. "The Ubisoft effect".
No thanks, don't ruin Rayman's legacy.

A decade on from Rayman Legends' release, it remains a near perfect platformer, so what happened to Rayman? Will we ever see another sequel?
This is a fantastic game and just plain fun.
I'm really glad I bought it on the Vita too since it has the real murphy levels that are nuked on the pc/360/ps3. Not to mention it's a prefect game for portability.,
