I refuse to believe that Bethesda never had plans to bring this to consoles especially considering how successful their franchises have been on consoles.

Not to mention with both consoles now having closer than ever PC like architecture and ease of development.

If Sony did ask them it's only because they probably weren't aware that it was coming anyways.

Maybe MS review the trend on N4g console gamers and they found that people are already complaining about $5/month for xlive or psn+ multiplayer, do you really think those same gamers (which are the majority on this site) would fork out $15/month to play it?

let me ask you this: it is true that when Sony buy exclusive from 3rd partyy or indie games, they stay exclusive right ( cause that what Sony fan always boast about)? doesn't that mean that Sony restricted other from getting the contents unless they buy Sony console? so according to you, Sony doesn't want it all for themselves even though that isnt the case?

On the other hand, Sony fan always say MS exclusive are just time exclusive (titanfall, NG, ME, and indie games), beta tester or also available on other medium like a PC for example; it is true in most case it is not? So if MS allow you to access their contents (even their blockbuster games like halo, gears or fable)without buying their console, or they allow developers to also bring those same contents to others (some at a later date), how can u say MS wanted all for themselves or nothing? Remember MS have much more money than Sony, and they could keep contents exclusive much easier than Sony, but why they didnt while Sony buying up IPs' right left and right?

True but thats only part of the picture. While i agree that paid online is stupid, Sony is making a ton of awesome decisions from supporting the indies to giving us a CONSTANT stream of AAA games. Oh and lets not forget PS plus gives us an amazing value for our dollar. Can MS or Nintendo give you the same bang for your buck that sony gives? Thats an honest question from a GAMER not a FANBOY

I don't resent them, heck I have their ps3 console, their VAIO laptop, 2 of their walkman phones (w880i and w550i) in the past and a PS2.

Sony are alright by me, mostly...it is their rabid fan base I have gripes with. Always ready to put down other console fans. Sometimes it feels like they hate other brands more than they love playing games.

They have a way of crawling under one's skin and laying eggs of vapid vileness...yup, my dislike is that strong.

Ok, fair enough. I retract my first statement while sticking to my second one.

And I dont want to defend the more fanatic fanboys but I will explain them a little. The majority of this generation the roles were completely reversed and all anyone talked about was PS3. PS3 lovers either praised or defended it while Xbox lovers barely talked about their console, instead attaching PS3. It was even overwhelming with PS3 still 6 months to go til launch. They wanted it to arrive stilborn

Now I'm not saying its right, especially with some getting really obnoxious now, but it is at least understandable and a little justified. Anyway, I cant blame you on being annoyed with it all, that is also understandable, just please dont take it out on Sony. Django was only giving credit where it was due.

I'm just saying that the reward for the millions more that Bethesda is going to make is ridiculous. If this was Microsoft they would have given it to them as a console exclusive.
