
With the next generation of game consoles only a few short months away, the new systems from Sony and Microsoft seem to hold all the attention. However, what can be said - if anything - about opting for a future on the PC instead? Gamers Association writer Ben Maguire offers his opinion.

In my opinion, the difference between graphics doesn't justify the difference in price, the gap is just too big. But each to their own.
I know that people just love the PC mainly because of it's graphics and steam, but for me, I'm happy with $60 on a physical copy and I know it'll be very expensive to get a high end PC. Especially if you're looking for 4k. Anyways, the leap for the next gen is big enough and plus, the ninth gen will look even better.
You don't have to switch, you can always add.
pc only is not worth missing out on console exclusives, in my opinion. most people have a pc good enough to play games, even if they arent at high settings, so if you can afford a console theres no reason not to play on both console and pc
I prefer PC. Despite the cost it took to make mine, it honestly makes me never want to touch a console again.
