Square Enix has just announced that their “free-to-play, zombie card battle role-playing game”, DEADMAN’S CROSS will become available for download on iOS and Android enabled devices this winter.
Siliconera: "Square Enix is shutting down service for Deadman’s Cross, a zombie themed card battle game. Originally released for smartphones, the PlayStation Vita version launched in the West this past February."
Boo Squenix, first the nonsense with Tomb Raider, then u cut mp from Tomb Raider instead of improving it, now this? Darn u Squenix, thank goodness 2 Uncharted games are coming because i will not be buying Rise of the Planet of the Tomb Raider.
PS Vita Reviews just finished their playing and review of the PS Vita version of Deadman's Cross. Here are their final thoughts:
"Deadman’s Cross was implemented onto the PlayStation Vita with all content intact as well as offering the option to import your Mobile save data into this version of the game. On the downside, there are a few technical issues with how the game loads and transitions along with the grindy alternative to the pressure to spend money on Deadman Coins. It’s a decent game if you play it in small sessions and like card battle games, but isn’t something that will keep you busy for a long gaming session."
