EG:There's more than one elephant in the room when it comes to the console release of Diablo 3 - Blizzard's first venture from PC since developing Lost Vikings 2 back in 1997. The main one, in a surprise turn, is to question why it took so long, given just how comfortable the pairing is between the series' hack 'n' slash gameplay and the direct character controls possible with the PS3 and 360 pads. Skill and equipment menus are mapped to a convenient rotary dial, while combat is spiced up via a rolling dodge mechanic that feels very natural. Blizzard's custom engine also arrives in full force on both current-gen platforms, but with a PS4 release inbound for 2014, are there any drawbacks here which might warrant holding out for a next-gen version?

Diablo III Season 38 launched with Ethereals back, but players are reporting Error 395002, disconnects, and server trouble.

Diablo 3 Season 38 starts March 27. Here’s what to finish before Ethereal Memory begins, from class choice and stash cleanup to Conquests and Ethereal

Via Diablo’s global director of community Adam Fletcher, Blizzard is introducing new measures to improve the quality of season launches in the future. Across both Diablo 4 and the aging Diablo 3, fans of Blizzard’s games should all benefit.
If they didn't let the cellphone guy touch the 3rd one in first place, they wouldn't have to dance around like clowns trying to make money.
We've been asking for less "boring" seasons... "boring"... not "buggy"... same ol' rehashed content just a different color is not working.
*sigh* Well, I guess the PS4 version will get out a proper 720p, minimum...
Looks like a great port, a dip in resolution but maintaining all the PC assets and 60 fps is quit an achievement on old hardware like 360 and PS3.
584p
nice
it looks and runs like garbage
rented 360, its almost unplayable, covered in jaggies, lags like hell and controls terrible
you would literally be better off playing it on a $200 netbook
