EA is working on a fix to resolve the freezing issues experienced by some Madden NFL 25 players.
Multiple players have reported problems with the game persistently locking up over on EA's official forums, with some suggesting that the issue may lie with a recent title update.

Madden 25 is the best game they've put out this generation. Unfortunately, that's not saying much.
The problem is the Madden series has been mired in bugs and glitches for this entire generation (game freezes and crashes), removal of established features (owner mode gone for years than introduced as something new) or half-ass ones (Madden Ultimate Team Card game- Online Only- BAH, I say!)
You look at MLB the Show and NBA 2k and you know you're getting a fully customizable sports simulation that is quality from the top down.
With Madden, you get a rushed mess of a game that never truly satisfies on all levels like it's marketed to do.
Nba 2k is garbage now. A long list of bs goes on in 2k13, to much to mention.
I just keep updating my 360 2k5 rosters. The franchise mode has more freedom and the game play is better. Its nice on PS3 too if you have a launch console.

Hell, I'd donate to a Kickstarter campaign to make a fully customizable "generic" football game like Front Page Football used to be on the PC two decades ago.
Madden 25's franchise relocation is very limited. Only 3 potential team mascots per city? Only 3 options for uniforms and colors per city? Stadiums are all generic looking and have no way to customize them to make them unique.
They had more options 2 years ago. Everything is so half-assed aside from gameplay.
