While texture packs support was finally added to 4J Studios’ Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition with yesterday’s release of Title Update 12, the developer has now confirmed that players won’t be able to actually implement any of the textures or upcoming mash-up packs for the time being until their legal team can give them the clearance to show off the new content.

Gaming trends are so weird to me now. Like, I’m old school and games were consumed essentially how movies were. You play through a title and look forward to the sequel or other things that came out. Now, that is so not the norm.
