Kotaku: "The ever-quotable David Goldfarb used to write poetry and now makes shooter games. For a long time, those shooters had the world Battlefield in the title. These days, he's the game director for this week's co-op bank-robbery shooter Payday 2. He's got four answers for us...and one question for you."

David Goldfarb, recently uncovered the script he was working on for Battlefield Bad Company 3, and he may have accidentally predicted some of the future.
I wish we got a bad company 3. BC2 still a great campaign, one of the best of the series
I miss the Bad Company games so much. What was EA thinking by not allowing a third game? Just EA being EA I suppose.
GB: "Of course, Payday 2 has had its fair share of ups and downs as well, in spite of the success that it has enjoyed. For starters, the disparity between the game’s PC and console versions is a major issue that plagued the game for years on end, thanks to the frustrating optimization issues across platforms brought about by the Diesel Engine, which the game was developed on."

Payday 2 launched 10 years ago today, and a constant stream of updates still makes it worth playing ahead of Payday 3.
