Gamesta has more info about Ghostlight Games. The localization expert has set up a pre-order campaign to bring Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 2 to market, but has been running into site issues. Their site should be fully operational now and ready to receive orders for both the game and Overclocked on 3DS.

Daav from NoobFeed writes - Nintendo has announced that both the 3DS and Wii U eShops are on the way out. Though the company preempts the news by saying that downloads will still work "for the foreseeable future," that message also implies that your games will disappear at some point. We've enabled consumption at our fingertips, which companies have gladly used to erode the terms of game ownership. As always, convenience comes at a much higher cost down the road and, well, that time has come

Several Atlus-published 3DS JRPGs have been discounted with Etrian Mystery Dungeon dropping to $25.73, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth to $22.60, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked to $22.98, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker to $27.49 and more.

From the review: "This update to a DS classic doesn't give you much in terms of hardware upgrades, but the additional campaign and gameplay changes make Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker worth playing for a second time, or a first time if you skipped the first release."
Hrmm if they are struggling to publish an already localized version of the game, I guess that means Devil Survivor 2: Break Record is completely off the table.
