The Legend of Zelda is no doubt a legendary franchise, but which games out of those are the best? This week, 411's Derek Robbins breaks down his 10 favorite Zelda titles in the latest edition of The 10th Hour.

The Wii is now a retro console. Let’s get nostalgic about an often maligned system.
Crazy to think the WII is to the Switch 2, as the NES was to the WII back then. 20 Year difference.
My wife asks me to bust it out (heh) everyone once in a while to play bowling and tennis with the kids. There was a ton of slop on it but some good stuff as well.
Wii was great but boy howdy did it cause Microsoft to go on a dark walk with the Kinect and the disastrous XBox One launch that they arguably never recovered from.
Not nostalgic for me.. I was there.. anyone who wasnt a little kid realized it was a gamecube with shit tacked onto it, it was the "joke" system and was well below even the switch in terms of comparing it to the latest machines at the time. The machine was well loved by young people and "casual gamers" who now remember it 20 years on, or in most cases more of its sales came in the 15-20 years ago range not right at launch- but again its not nostalgic for people who were "gamers" then really, just for those who ended up with one in their house, the games , graphics, interface and online features were archaic already in 2006.

New Chrono Trigger Form-ism figures of Crono and Marle have been showcased at a Square Enix pop-up store, with pre-orders expected soon.
To celebrate Tomb Raider: Legend's 20th anniversary, the official channels have shared an early in-development gameplay demo.
WTF...they had windwaker above Ocarina of Time...
All those games are good/great to me but Ocarina of Time should be number 1.
I will list 411mania top ten list so no one else has to have pop ups attack them.
10:The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons (GBC)
9:The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX (GBC)
8:The Legend of Zelda(NES)
7:The Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass (DS)
6:The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages (GBC)
5:The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64)
4:The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64)
3:The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess (Wii, GCN)
2:The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)
1:The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker (GCN)
I hope this will be of help.
Horrible list.
I just beat the first Zelda (for the umpteenth time) and I could swear you got heart containers in that game to increase your life. Beat a boss, get a heart (not counting discoverable heart containers). Pretty simple formula. Or is he saying that getting heart pieces is the real innovation?
(He mentions heart containers being introduced in A Link To the Past. Maybe he never played the first Zelda?)
I've played every one except for Windwaker ( which im in the middle of) and Twilight princess.
So far, windwaker is really fun!, but Ocarina of time was so just epic for me, it was amazing! Hands down the best game I've ever played! With link's awakening close in second!
All in all, how does Twilight Princess line up against Ocarina of Time?
OoT #5? LMAO, no. How can the #1 game of all time be #5? Makes no sense.
