Play PS2 on ultra, amazing game not as good as original (personal opinion) but still an amazing game. it was said many moons ago that they will continue to update graphics of the game as many of the textures are kinda blurry in certain areas of the game. Forgelight does as it names says lighting effects and the lighting effects are top notch, for years i was hoping they would bring it to a console, instead i bought my new PC for it as i had many problems playing Planetside 1.

Be cool to see what its like on PS4 but for me an old Planetside Vet there is no place to play it but PC, Shame PS4 and PC cant play together not like the game isn't big enough.

Maybe in the future they can use Gaikai to bring it up to Ultra like Microsoft.

The game is really unoptimised on PC so if this is 60fps @ 1080p that is pretty damn impressive.

I wonder if by max they mean the high settings available or if they mean full ultra which you can enable with an ini file tweak.

But It also has its gameplay problems like trying to find a decent fight where you are supported enough to continue the fight if you die.

If you play in small groups this game will not be enjoyable, you kind of have to join up with a large outfit which co-ordinates to get the real good the game has to offer.

Its easy to do when the console version will be optimized for all cores. A lot more PCs would be able to run max if they would optimize the damn game..

Im getting a PS4 day 1, but you need your head examining if you think it will run as well as on a high end PC.

Day 1 ps4 already paid off with watchdogs. Planetside 2 will be the mag equivalent for ps3 users. PS2 will be a massive hit, much more than it was on pc. I guarantee it.

I like the way Blacklight Retribution is set up more, I have a launch edition pre'd at Amazon yet I do not plan on buying a single game at launch.

I would not expect the developer for PS4 to say anything different!
