Very much so, and I sure hope so. I do recall that people pointed that out for System Shock as well (I think that problem has been solved now).
I just downloaded it on my phone a few weeks ago and the framerate isn't bad if you set it to 60hz. I suspect the switch 2 version should fair better interms of performance.
It's originally a game released in 2013, obviously a lot has been changed since, but still the base code for this game was in development before at least 2011, which means that thing was probably going to run on PS3 and XB360 with a few tweaks, Digital Extremes just chose to skip into next gen... Someone would have had to majorly fuck up for the Switch 2 not to run Warframe smoothly, a game with 15 year old mid power target specs! It's a very light and optimized game by now anyway, it famously runs well on relatively old notebooks with CPU integrated graphics... Hell, even the mobile version manages to not run like ass.
That is true, so there should be no problems like you said, unless someone has messed-up really badly.
The game has received many quality of life updates since the PS4 days and receives content drops several times per year. The best part is that it is not pay to win.
It is a great way to unwind, but you will need to be active in the community to play this game. Most of the mechanics are explained by youtubers, forum posts and wiki pages.

cross-platform competition between ps4, pc and xb1. There has been PC/PS3 cross-platform games and PC/360 cross-platform games.
Please let there be a game that supports all 3 next gen.
I think it's time that we get everyone together, and with the advances of the new systems, plus the way games are made now, being very similar across console and PC, this could be a real possibility. As the games won't run in a completely different way from one to the other.
MMO's could benefit from this greatly with more players, having a large community is important to these types of games, could easily take a game from having 2 million users to having 4 or 5 million users. Especially if all are included PC, PS4, and XB1
There's only one player in this game that's stopping this from happening and its Microsoft. Its also the reason ffxiv won't come to xbox1 or 360 because Microsoft wanted a separate version that only PC and Xbox could cross platform play.
Funny thing is they allowed ffxi to be cross platform but only so square would follow up with more final fantasy games. But oh well is what it is

I'd love to play battlefield 4 on ps4 vs the 98% of xbox users that don't use mics :) (on 360 i suffered playing with them). I'm a little worried about the 'wall hack' griefer glitching etc that pc can bring to the table though.
Most of all I'd love to destroy the arrogant childish pc punks that put down console gamers (if your pc is so great why aren't you playing games right now, did you have to upgrade so you're butthurt?)
If gamers unite we have the power to force these things to happen, I'd like to see the end of permanent 1 console exclusive games, maybe give them a 1 year exclusive at most but all gamers deserve to be able to play great games.
