Gi - Imagine all the great aspects of the Elder Scrolls games, but this time playing with friends. The Elder Scrolls Online is an online multiplayer role-playing game that will bring together fans of the Elder Scrolls franchise and experts of MMOs. Not only will the game be released on PC and Mac, but it will also be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Since previous games in the Elder Scrolls franchise — which include Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind — were already successful on a console, making The Elder Scrolls Online available for PC will not be a huge transition for Bethesda. In fact, releasing on multiple platforms is smart because it will give more gamers the opportunity to play. Many Elder Scrolls fans have been anxiously waiting for this game and there’s so much to look forward to in this new chapter of the Elder Scrolls history.
Season Zero: Dawn and Dusk is now live for all platforms (including PC/Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation), kicking off a new era for The Elder Scrolls Online. This inaugural Season is live from April 2 until July 8 and lays the foundation for all future Seasons by introducing new reward systems, the first wave of player-focused improvements, class and combat redesigns, new zones and challenges, and more.

Check out some of the rewards you can unlock and acquire in ESO’s first ever Tamriel Tome, arriving April 2, 2026.
Get an in-depth view of the future of ESO with the 2026 Seasons Direct, followed by two developer and community member roundtables. Join the team at ZeniMax Online Studios as they share the many ways ESO is evolving with new adventures, stories, challenges, and systems, plus get your first look at each Season arriving in 2026. A new age for The Elder Scrolls Online is about to begin!
Gameplay and combat is NOT the same as Morrowind, Oblivion, or Skyrim so prepared to be disappointed.
>making The Elder Scrolls Online available for PC will not be a huge transition for Bethesda
...What 'transition'? TES games were always on PC, there's no transition to be made. Also, Bethesda isn't making it, that's ZeniMax. "The Elder Scrolls Online is an upcoming massively multiplayer role-playing video game developed by ZeniMax Online Studios, to be released in Spring 2014." http://www.gameinformer.com...
