The Kindle is good for me. Would be kinda weird reading on the 3DS or Vita for that matter. Don't get me wrong, it would work... Just not as efficiently as a Kindle or something designed for that.

It may work in Japan but I agree with you. My reading amount is low but recently I had a go with some books on a Kindle and there is a big difference between reading stuff off a Vita screen than a Kindle and I assume the the 3DS would have the same issue. The Kindle screen is really nice to look at while reading and you can read a book for hours on it (can't really do that on the Vita). This and the battery life length Kindles have there own place which it would be hard or may be impossible for a gaming handheld or a tablet to really take over.

Does Amazon even sell Kindles in Japan? Last I heard, reading short novels on mobile phones was the latest "thing" over there.

But, yeah: as far as I'm concerned, Kindles are the only eReaders worth a damn. Recently got a paperwhite, and it's almost 100% like reading off real paper.

From my personal experience eink screens are the best ones foe reading books which is something the 3DS doesn't have. I currently own a Kindle Paperwhite is an excellent ereader and I reccomend it to everyone.

I wouldn't use it but some people would appreciate it for sure.

I think even mid range smart phones with 720p displays are much better for e-books.

I can't imagine reading a full book on such low res screen.

At first I was like, No Code Veronica on the list!? But then I seen Mainline. The list checks out, but I would personally put 2 over 4.

KwietStorm_BLM6d ago

I'll take 2 over 4 also. And even without a number, I don't see how Code Veronica, my other favorite in the franchise, isn't mainline when it's the actual sequel to RE2.

Rebel_Scum7d ago

The original RE was the best. Its not on the list which makes no sense.

The remake of it was alright but should be higher on this list.

The original RE smokes VII and Village, come on.
