Some games you just know are going to stand the test of time, being released and re-released multiple times over the years, or will simply have a legacy that’s built to endure. Meanwhile, there are other games that, for whatever reason, are simply never coming back.

The Punisher was soo damn good. Nailed Garth Ennis take on the character very well. For me still one of the best comic book adaptions ever made.
Punisher and Simpsons both should get remakes. That's easy money for whoever does it
If you like the character, even read some of the comics you might like the game a lot. It was an excellent third person shooter with many nice ideas that fit Frank and even had a nice story full with characters from the Garth Ennis run

That they couldn’t find a way to work out the legal stuff to bring it back is one of the greatest tragedies in gaming history.
Def Jam. Great and fun game they will never be re-released. There is just no way to secure all the copyrights for the tracks, voices and likenesses used in this game.
Streaming PS3 games to PS5 is not good which is why my PS3 is still connected. I hope you know that, but thanks for chiming in.
Well, I played through the campaign of Resistance 3 via streaming and it was pretty good.
And before someone states the obvious of streaming PS3 games to PS5. Um, no, streaming PS3 games is pretty bad.

I think your enjoyment of Twin Snakes comes down to if you played the PS1 original first or not.
Not really, Played and enjoyed both when they were released.
The original was better, but TTS had that Jon Woo charm, and was enjoyable all the way through.
The original soundtrack was missing in Twin Snakes and for me audio is half the experience. Original OST was iconic.
The only things that held this back for me were Naomi's voice acting and the music being changed when you end Sniper Wolf in the cutscene.
Other than that I thought the cutscenes and game were absolutely phenomenal.
A mod by José Mellinas restores the voice acting of the original Metal Gear Solid from 1998 to Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.
Um its not, as long as they keep it like the Original and not do something stupid like Twin Snakes.
for twin snakes you do realize they changed voice actors, changed scenes, by no means is it better then the Original.
Oh ? I thought The Twin Snakes was a cool remake (and I played the original). And remaking MGS with the Fox Engine AND overseen by Kojima hismelf wouldn't bother me to be honest.
A Remake, if done right, is an awesome idea.
I'd rather have a remake of Metal Gear 1 and 2, than a remake of Metal Gear Solid.
MG1 and MG2 need remakes, not MGS. But I'd only want an MG1 and MG2 remake if Hideo Kojima made it.
