I think it looks like a great game, but since its from Ubisoft, if it succeeds, i'm pretty sure they'll turn it into a milk fest

Sure they've milked AC but at least they're spending all the money on other quality IPs unlike Activision...All that money and they done almost nothing with it.

Ubisoft has earned plenty of cred. They keep pumping out quality new IP's, so they have more than earned some leeway. Watch Dogs and The Division look incredible and are two of my most anticipated for this year and next.

I didn't say Ubi doesn't make good games, they do, but if a certain game wildly succeeds, they ruin it, AC is a live example

It's difficult for any company to keep a game series fresh. It happens to all of them, without fail. Especially when you start pumping out sequels on an annual basis.

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
