thats not the problem. yea u can download it again but if its content u downloaded from another console the info stays there and u can only use that content while online. now imagine ur on a vacation and u cant go online there, now u cant access stuff u payed for. see the problem? i know XBLA games suffer from this garbage, not sure about downloaded maps and stuff
