DT:If the tower defense game is your thing, CastleStorm certainly offers a serviceable option to the already busy genre. Between managing your troops, attacking with the ballista, and choosing when to cast spells or send in your champion, there's a lot of challenge present. And while there may be times when it can get repetitive -- honestly, what tower defense game doesn't? -- it's certainly worth a try, even if it won't set the world on fire. Just the enemy's castle.

Now available on Nintendo Switch, CastleStorm is a light-hearted take on the tower defence genre, and it’s fantastic.
I almost want to get this. I've played Castlestorm before on the Vita, and it was pretty good.

Zen Studios’ Castlestorm makes its way to Switch, polishing gameplay from a number of other games and bringing in its own humorous writing to tie everything together.

From Nintendo Everything: "CastleStorm is coming to Switch, Zen Studios has announced. The mashup of 2D physics destruction and tower defense brawler hits the eShop on August 16. Here’s some additional information about the game and a trailer: Raze castles and conquer your rivals in CastleStorm on Switch."
Waiting for this to hit the Vita (hopefully sooner rather than later). I feel a game like this would be perfect for the Vita/handheld. Hopefully they can fix some of the cons with the game in a patch or two.
